A Sweet Visit from Across the Ditch: The Fowlers Tour Annies Factory!

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming Stephen and Shaunagh Fowler to the Annies Fruit Snacks factory here in New Zealand. Visiting from Australia on holiday, they made a special stop to pick up some of their favourite Annies Fruit Bars and we couldn’t let them leave without giving them the full Annies experience.

Now here’s the fun part: the visit wasn’t just for them. Their 35-year-old son is a massive Annies fan and has been since he was a kid. According to Stephen and Shaunagh, he’s still just as hooked on our fruit bars as he was when he first discovered them years ago, proof that you’re never too old for a good fruit snack!

Our very own Graeme, the owner of Annies, couldn’t resist getting in on the fun. He suited up Stephen and Shaunagh in hair nets and factory gear, and gave them a personal behind-the-scenes tour of how our fruit bars are made, from orchard to oven (and eventually to snack time!). They got a firsthand look at the care and love we put into every bar, and we had some great laughs along the way.

Here at Annies, we love hearing stories like this. It’s amazing to meet customers who’ve grown up with our snacks and still come back for more, sometimes even introducing the next generation to their favourite fruity treat.
