Shipping destinations:

• We only ship to the domestic market in New Zealand.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Domestic shipping times:

• Domestic orders can take 3-10 business days for delivery at the moment due to Covid-19.
• Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $100 will have free shipping New Zealand wide.
• Orders under $100 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen products and delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

International shipping: 

• Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept international orders at this stage. This is something we hope to bring back in the future. Please see 'Our International Retailers' for your local stockists.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local and international customers via credit cards and debit cards.  

Note: All charges are made in NZD. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

• If a product is faulty - we offer a 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received.
• For returns please email orders@annies.co.nz and include your order number, name and proof of the faulty item. 
• We do not offer refunds due to change of mind as all of our products are food products. 

How to place an order?

• Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order, go to the cart and click "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information, and select your preferred payment method. We will ship your package within 2-5 business days.

Is it possible to change the order?

• No, once your order is placed it is permanent. Please double check to ensure the information you have provided is correct before placing your order.
